TO PAY UTILITY BILL

If you setup an automatic withdrawal using this option, please pick a date between the 10th-15th of the month to avoid penalties & disconnection notices. If you choose a date outside of this range, you may get penalties and disconnection notices.

The City of Clear Lake’s “Online” service is optional and represents only one way of conducting business with the City. You may continue to use traditional methods such as the US mail, automatic pay, or in-person. The choice is yours.
